12-Month Complimentary Membership Trial Agreement

By accepting this offer and proceeding with your application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Complimentary Membership

The World Elite Card is pleased to offer eligible applicants a complimentary 12-month membership trial. This promotion is available exclusively to new members and may only be redeemed once per individual.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for this offer, you must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during the application process.

The World Elite Card reserves the right to verify the information provided. Any applicant found to have supplied false, misleading or incomplete information, or who attempts to obtain multiple complimentary memberships, will have their application automatically declined and may be permanently refused access to our services.

3. Welcome Pack & Membership Card

To receive your complimentary membership, a one-time fee of £12.00 is payable. This fee covers the cost of preparing, packaging and delivering your Welcome Pack and physical membership card.

This fee is non-refundable once your Welcome Pack has been dispatched.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

To help protect our members and reduce fraudulent activity, we do not accept the following payment methods:

• Prepaid debit cards

• Revolut cards

• Virtual debit or credit cards

• Any temporary or disposable payment cards

Applications submitted using these payment methods may be automatically declined without notice.

​

5. No Automatic Renewal

Your complimentary membership will remain active for 12 months from the date it is activated.

We will never automatically charge your payment card.

​

Approximately two weeks before your complimentary membership expires, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to renew your membership. Renewal will only take place with your express agreement and following any applicable payment. If you choose not to renew, your membership will simply expire at the end of the trial period.

 

6. General

The World Elite Card reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this promotional offer at any time where necessary to prevent fraud, misuse or abuse of the promotion.

Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms together with our Terms of Membership, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published on our website.

Applicant Declaration

By submitting my application and paying the £12.00 Welcome Pack fee, I confirm that:

• I am applying as a new member.

• All information I have provided is accurate and complete.

​

• I understand that false or misleading information may result in my application being declined and future applications refused.

​

• I understand that the £12.00 fee covers the preparation and delivery of my Welcome Pack and physical membership card.

​

• I understand that The World Elite Card will not automatically charge my payment card at the end of my complimentary membership.

​

• I understand that I will be contacted before my trial expires to confirm whether I wish to continue my membership.
